'Emanation From Below' consists of seven songs and clocks just over half an hour. A damn intense half an hour, that is. Deivos plays rather maniacal death metal as we more or less already know it from compatriots Decapitated and Vader. The riffs, blasts, sweeps and harmonics literally fly out of the speakers. The band also takes its time for subtle breakdowns, sinister intro's, a smooth solo every now and then, and anti-religious lyrics to top it all off. (2008)
