For vocalist Maria Brink and guitarist Chris Howorth, the duo at the heart of In This Moment, change came unexpectedly when they found themselves rebuilding the walls around their foundation. Stripped down to their essence, the core of In This Moment is on fire with their fourth album, aptly titled 'Blood.' Brink and Howorth began tracking Blood with producer Kevin Churko late 2011 at The Hideout Studio in Las Vegas, their 3rd with Churko at the helm. “In January [2012], we began writing and recording more songs,” says Howorth. “Kevin put no limits or restrictions on us. There was no setting the clock this time. He just wanted us to record until the songs were the best they could be.” With the release of Blood, In This Moment is geared for the next level — as musicians, songwriters and performers. (2012)

"Blood" may be the album that makes them take the final leap. Americans IN THIS MOMENT , with the spectacular Mary in front, leading from 2005 through expanding its music world and come with a fourth album, thanks to a spectacular sound and elaborate work of Canadian producer Kevin Churko, finally may lead to glory.

Despite being in Los Angeles, their sound is very reminiscent Central. It has many elements of German industry that we love. Die Krupps, Rammstein or Oomph! are not so far from our protagonists. This similarity might come to mind when listening to the guitar riffs spewing Chris Howorth.

But the blonde Maria Brink is what makes the difference, able to browse all kinds of seas, from the gentle melodiousness of "Scarlet" the piercing screams of the dramatic cuts like "Whore" that will make you nod unconsciously. Forget past rolls of melancholy and milongas. This is pure metal. "You're Gonna 'Listen" is one of those songs demanding Mary plethoric plan. What a voice stream!

The themes are all metal cane, but with that point of marketability that they can be made accessible to all audiences almost without fail to reach the fussiness of other bands with girls in front (we will not mention names to avoid hurt feelings).

If you've seen the pictures of Mary and still makes you wait to hear it on the record and tell you at the end of "It Is Written" this "fuck me now". If you are not stone ... And on top then you get into the body for example "From The Ashes" or "Beast Within", you will be a victim.

Eleven and three intros courts must make "Blood" is his final album. The kick them once the underground.
