One of the more underated metal bands out there. They just keep putting out straight forward kick in the teeth metal. Scars and Redefine were metal gems that for the most part fell on deaf ears. AJ Cavalier (Soil's new singer) adds a punch that even the great pantera would be proud of. True Self is by far Soil's heaviest album but each song has its own melody and hook that keeps the CD refreshing. (2006)
